Smasher Tournament Sponsor Program (2025.05.26 Updated)

Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS.
We are introducing the Smasher Tournament Sponsor Program to encourage Smashers to host their own events.
To be eligible for the program, you must meet all the requirements listed below.

✅ Requirements

– Anyone who loves SMASH LEGENDS can participate!

– But, to receive program rewards for your tournament, you must fulfill the following requirements.

  • Regarding Tournament Promotions (Submitting URL addresses)
  • Regarding Tournament Streaming (Submitting Livestream and VOD URL addresses)
    • The tournament must be livestreamed on the day it takes place. (Twitch or YouTube recommended)
    • The full version of the stream must be uploaded as public.
    • If only a portion of the tournament is streamed, the unstreamed portions must be replaced with edited videos before they are uploaded.
✅ Application & Procedures

– Once your application passes the screening process, rewards will be distributed according to the plan you wrote for reward distribution! 

1. Application
– Submit an inquiry to the SMASH LEGENDS Support Page using the form below.

  • Subject: [Smasher Tournament Sponsor Program] 1. Application – (Organizer Nickname)
  • Required Information:
    1. Tournament Promotion Logs (URL, at least 3)
    2. Total Number of Participants
    3. Organizer Information (Nickname / Player Code)
    4. Participant List (Nickname / Player Code)
    5. Tournament Schedule (Include video upload date and tournament [streaming] date)
      * If there is a recruitment period and selection date, please specify separately.
      ** If a preliminary round will be held, please include the preliminary round period as well.
    6. Game Mode and Match Format
    7. Prize Recipient Scope and Distribution Plan
      * Please check the available reward amount before filling this out.
      ** If there are additional rewards prepared by the organizer, please include those as well.

2. Screening
– After passing the Application, please submit an inquiry to the SMASH LEGENDS Support Page using the form below.

  • Subject: [Smasher Tournament Sponsor Program] 2. Screening – (Organizer Nickname)
  • Required Information:
    1. Organizer Information (Nickname / Player Code)
    2. Total Number of Prize Recipients
    3. List of Prize Recipients (Nickname / Player Code / Reward Amount)
    4. Full Streaming Video Link
      * If there is an edited version, please include that as well.
      ** If there have been any changes to the information submitted in the first round, please note them here.

* The application and screening results will require between one and two weeks to process, respectively.
* You can access SMASH LEGENDS’ Support page within the game in Settings.

✅ Reward Support Guidelines

– The total amount of supportable rewards varies depending on the number of participants. The maximum reward per person is as follows:

  • Reward Type: Gems
  • Total Reward Supportable:
    • Number of tournament participants × 450 Gems
  • Reward Range Per Person:
    • Minimum 150 Gems ~ Maximum 5,000 Gems

※ Rewards will be provided in the form of coupon codes. (maximum of 6 types)

✅ Note

– Tournament participants must be recruited in public so that all can see.
– Any problems resulting from participation in sponsored tournaments are solely the responsibility of the tournament organizers.
– The program may be subject to change or terminated due to operational issues.
– The application may be excluded at any time if a violation of the Guidelines is discovered after tournament support has been fixed.
– Penalties may be imposed if violations of the tournament’s guidelines are discovered after an application has been submitted.
