Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, July 4th, the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

Below are details on the changes to be made in the update.

✨ New Update ✨

🎭 Umbra, the Band of Thieves Event 🎭
– Collect Royal Treasure and get a new Mythic skin, event-limited icon, and frame!

✅ Event Period: Jul/04/2023 18:00–Aug/01/2023 12:59 (KST)

✅ How to Participate
1. Press the Royal Treasure icon on the left side of your Lobby screen!
2. Collect Royal Treasure and exchange them for items from the Event Pop-up! Get additional rewards according to the total number of Royal Treasure you’ve collected!

– Royal Treasure can be obtained through the following methods:

  • Band of Thieves Attendance Check
    • Logging in every day can earn you Royal Treasure.
  • Completing Mission! Obtain the Royal Treasure!
    • Completing quests can earn you Royal Treasure.
    • New Event quests will unlock every week, and the types of quests has become more diverse!
  • Purchase Black Market of the Night Package

– There are 2 ways of acquiring Event Rewards.

  1. Umbra’s Treasure Trove: Exchange Royal Treasure for items. Each item has a limited number of purchases. Items prices are as follows:

– 100 Royal Treasure: Sponsor Support (12 hours)
– 200 Royal Treasure: 1,000 Credits
– 300 Royal Treasure: 1 Super Enchantment Box – 1,500 Royal Treasure: 5 Super Enchantment Box (Guaranteed Lambert) (7/3 edited)
– 500 Royal Treasure: 1 Special Enchantment Box
– 500 Royal Treasure: Event-limited Profile Icon 1
– 1,500 Royal Treasure: 1 Guaranteed Enchantment
– 1,500 Royal Treasure: 5 Enchantment Cores
– 350 Gems: 10 Special Enchantment Box (Guaranteed Witch Queen)
– 5,000 Royal Treasure: Witch Queen Mythic Skin [Beautiful Phantom Thief]

  1. Home screen: Obtain rewards based on the total amount of Royal Treasure accumulated. Rewards for total acquired Royal Treasure are as follows:

– 15,500 Royal Treasure: Witch Queen Mythic Skin [Bewitching Phantom Thief] – 4,500 Royal Treasure: Event-limited Profile Icon 2
– 4,200 Royal Treasure: Event-limited Profile Frame

✅ Note
– When exchanging at Umbra’s Treasure Trove, the amount of Royal Treasure will be deducted, but the accumulated amount will not.
– Items acquired through the event will be instantly claimed.
– The event-limited Profile Icons that can be obtained through Umbra’s Treasure Trove and Home screen are different.

🥉🥈🥇End of Competitive Match Season 14 & Start of Season 15🥇🥈🥉

– We are distributing rewards to Smashers who participated in Season 14 based on their tiers!
– Special rewards are also available to those who played 20 Competitive Matches or more regardless of their tiers.

✅ Changes
– Minimum requirements for Competitive Match are changed.
(Before) Be at least Lv. 5 with more than 6 Legends → (After) Be at least Lv. 10 with more than 6 Legends
– If the tier score is the same, the Smasher who reached the score first will be placed higher.
– New tier, “Grand Master” Added

“Grand Master” is a tier positioned between Master and Legendary, and its places are from 101st to 300th place on the world leaderboard.
Grand Master Tier Features:

  • Promotion: Grand Master promotions from Master or Legendary tiers are processed every day at 16:00 (KST). Players within 300th place on the world leaderboard will be promoted.
  • Demotion: A player will be demoted to Master tier if the player who is currently Grand Master and Legendary tier falls lower than 300th place on the leaderboard.

Through this new update, we hope players will be able to set and compete for more ambitious goals.

🎈Shop Products Added🎈

✨Golden Legend : Ravi

– A specially designed Golden Legend skin has been added to commemorate Smashers’ outstanding performance.
– New skins are found in the Shop, and you can practice using Legends equipped with them.

⚡Changes and Improvements⚡

■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.

■ Miscellaneous
– The location of the Super Jump button on mobile has been changed. To bring a better control experience to Smashers, we are currently developing a UI customizing feature.
– A Super Jump button has been added to Game Pad mapping. (XBOX controllers use the RB button as default, and PS4/5 controllers use the R1 button)
– Removed the ‘Experience Boost’ from the bonus rewards after a match.
– To help new players catch up to existing players more quickly, we’ve reduced the amount of rewards earned on a regular basis and increased the amount of one-time rewards.
– Rewards for Trophy Road have been changed.
– Sponsor’s EXP rewards have been increased.
– Sponsor’s Credit rewards have been decreased.
– Content of boxes sold at the Shop have been changed.

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay
– Fixed an issue in which auto-obtained items could be acquired through the picking up motion.
– Fixed an issue where the Start button would overlap with the penalty time displayed with a minus sign when quitting the game after checking the penalty time for Competitive Match and restarting the game after the specific time had passed.
– (PC ver. only) Fixed an issue where pressing the Enter key would not let players move on to the Rewards screen.
– Fixed an issue in which characters could not occasionally pick up faraway projectiles.
– Fixed an issue where the acquisition of Mythic Skins was not applied to the progress of the Trophy Road Achievements

■ Miscellaneous
– Fixed an issue in which the map image icon in Variety Arena’s info pop-up did not change when tapping on another mode’s map image icon.
– Fixed an issue where receiving multiple Smash Pass rewards at once would cause network errors.
– Fixed an issue in which the error pop-up would appear when attempting to create a clan with a special character in its name.
