[Wukong]

Wukong slightly lacking Ground Attack has been greatly buffed.

Basic Attack

[Master of the Staff] 

  • The first hit’s start-up time for Wukong’s Ground Attack’s decreased by approximately 0.03 s.
  • Ground Attack’s total damage increased by 100. 600 → 700

Nerf

[Ravi]

The most notable change in this balance note has to be Ravi’s Ultimate range reduction. As one of the first Legends to be created alongside Peter, they both possessed potent Ultimates that could retake the Dominion Point or end the game. However, this proved to be difficult to balance. Peter got regular nerfs with his Ultimate cooldown increasing at first. But it ruined the game feel of playing him, and eventually he found his place after his radius was reduced and he was reverted back to his original cooldown. Ravi’s Ultimate is also an extremely valuable part of his skill set, so we decided to reduce its range while preserving its power and ability to take control of spaces.

Ultimate

[Grim Dawn] 

  • Radius decreased by 12%.

[Kaiser]

Ability

[Strong Heart] 

  • Gauge charge required for Ultimate decreased
    • Before: 12/14/16/18/20%
    • New: 8/9/10/11/12%

[Ducky and Swan]

Changes have been made so Ducky actively participate in fights in Ducky form.

Ultimate

[Ultimate] 

  • Ultimate charge rate over time decreased by 50%.

Improvements

[Snow]

“Snow’s skills have been reworked as his existing skill have problems being implemented. We are aiming to fix only the parts that had issues while preserving the overall feel of his skill set.”

Skill

[Whiteout] ll hits multiple opponents, damage no longer stacks to overlapping opponents.

  • Fixed an issue in which opponents could occasionally escape after being hit with Skill.
  • Fixed an issue where opponent’s knockback direction was slightly twisted after being hit with Skill.

[Super Jump Changes]

  • Master Cat’s Super Jump cooldown increased from 8 s to 16 s.
  • Kaiser’s Super Jump cooldown increased from 6 s to 10 s.
  • Zeppetta’s Super Jump cooldown increased from 10 s to 14 s.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed an issue in which the damage increase of Loren’s Ability [Solo Stage] would not apply to Vex.
  • Fixed an issue where Don Quixote’s Ultimate would react to Octavia’s healing circle.
  • Fixed an issue in which there was no camera feedback after using Octavia’s Ultimate.
  • Fixed an issue in which Victor’s Ultimate Ability would not activate when he explodes Frankontainer Transmission with his Ultimate.
  • Fixed an issue where Maya’s Ability [Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop!] would not apply when obtaining items.
  • Fixed an issue where Relentless Lightning would not activate for Maya when she has her Ability [Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop!] equipped.
  • Fixed an issue where Master Cat’s Basic Attack would occasionally not connect after hitting an opponent with his Ground Skill.
  • When the talent [Enhanced Shield] is equipped on Don Quixote, enemies will be modified to be pulled towards him at the same rate, even with an increased B Speed, instead of being pushed back.
  • Fixed an issue where the frog would get bigger every time it is hit with Witch Queen’s Ultimate while having her Ability [Recharging Magic] equipped.
  • Fixed an issue where Rambert’s Basic Attack would occasionally not deal any damage but cause a knockback.
  • Fixed an issue where Maya’s Super Jump distance was shorter while in acceleration mode.
