7/30(Tue) Update Notes (Jul.30th added)

Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, July 30th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

✨ New Update ✨

🔶🔷 New Enchantment Summon Event 🔷🔶

– Play with the main characters of this update to get Enchantments faster!
– Event quests can be seen under the event tab at the Lobby.

July 30 (Tue) after maintenance – Aug 13 (Tue) before maintenance

🔶 Enchantment Summon

– New Enchantment Summons for Legends are here. Upgrade your Legends’ Enchantments even faster!

🔶 Enchantment Summon – [Red, Wolfgang, Aoi]

– Available using Fortune Tickets or Gems upon reaching Fortune Level 6
– You can get random Enchantments for all Legends, with Enchantments for Red, Wolfgang, and Aoi appearing at a higher rate.
– After 1,000 summons you will be able to get 1 chosen copy of either Aoi, Wolfgang, or Red.
– Afterwards, each time the summon count reaches a certain number, you can select and obtain a Red, Wolfgang, or Aoi Enchantment of your choice. (Up to 10,000 times)

🔶 Enchantment Summon – [Maya]

– Available using Special Fortune Tickets or Gems upon reaching Fortune Level 4
– You can get random Enchantments for all Legends, with Enchantments for Maya appearing at a higher rate.
– After 1,000 summons you will be able to get Maya.
– Each time the summon count reaches a certain number, you can select and obtain a Maya Enchantment of your choice. (Up to 10,000 times)

🔶 Enchantment Summon – [Rapunzel]

– Available using Special Fortune Tickets or Gems upon reaching Fortune Level 4
– You can get random Enchantments for all Legends, with Enchantments for Rapunzel appearing at a higher rate.
– After 1,000 summons you will be able to get Rapunzel.
– Each time the summon count reaches a certain number, you can select and obtain a Rapunzel Enchantment of your choice. (Up to 10,000 times)

■  Note
① 300 Fortune Tickets will be provided instead for obtaining Legends you already own.
② Enchantment Summon – [Loren & Vex], Enchantment Summon – [Flare, Snow, Nui] will end after the maintenance, unclaimed summon rewards you have accrued cannot be claimed after the update, so please claim them before the event period ends.
③ The Enchantment Summons added this time will end after the Aug 13 (Tue) update, and the summon count will reset, making the accumulated summon rewards become unavailable.
④ Enchantment Summon – [Briar] availability changed. Now available after Fortune Level 3.

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡

■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.

■ Miscellaneous
– Briar’s teddy bear effect color changed. 

– Button for unequipping all equipped items added.
– Equipping an item will now automatically cycle to the next item slot.

– Same items can now be purchased faster.
– Legend Road reward will now award Ultimate Abilities faster.

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay Related
– Fixed an issue where Javert would fall off of the map while using Ground Attack.
– Fixed an issue where Narsha would change directions after using Skill.
– Fixed an issue where damage and kill count would be credited to an ally Briar when attacking allies while under the Nightmare effect from an opponent Briar.
– Fixed an issue where the crowd control count would display abnormally in the results screen when Briar’s ultimate hit an opponent with crowd control immunity.
– Fixed an issue where Spell effects would still display when Red and Ali used Spells while stealthed.
– Fixed an issue where unnecessary effects would play when the [Vanguard] Enchantment was equipped.

– Fixed an issue where the effect of Enchantments was not applied to Vex.

 ■ Miscellaneous
– Fixed an issue where the amount of credits given for duplicate Ultimate Abilities was not correct. We’ve sent the missing amounts to your mailbox after the maintenance. (Added on Jul.30th)
– Fixed an issue where the Legend animation effect did not play at the Lobby.
– Fixed an issue where the Trophy Road screen did not properly display the number of Trophies.
– Fixed an issue where the [Log in x1] Smash Pass quest would occasionally not be completed.
– Fixed an issue where purchasing certain items from the Dimensional Exchange would play the acquisition effect twice.
– Fixed an issue where acquiring Sponsor Ad rewards would not play the acquisition effect.
– Damage reduction is limited to a maximum of 90%.

These changes were applied in the July 16 update but were omitted from the update notes, so we are informing you now. Previously, in certain situations, it was possible to reduce the damage received to zero, such as with Don Quixote’s Ultimate. This caused issues with game mechanics like handling crowd control effects and calculating consecutive attack hits, leading to unstable interactions. Therefore, it has been adjusted so that even with maximum damage reduction stacking, damage will still be taken.
