Aug 13th(Tue) Known Issue Notice

Dear Smashers,

Please be informed of the below known issue after the Aug 13th update.

We are currently looking into this issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • An issue with certain Android devices causing the game to forcibly close when the Credits button is clicked.
  • An issue where players cannot start the game, receiving a pop-up stating that a team member does not meet the participation requirements despite not being in a team.
  • An issue where players can receive the reward of [Enchantment Ticket(Gumi)] at level 100 of the Spin-off Pass through the mailbox.
  • (mobile only) An issue where fashion items appear reset after logging into the lobby from the tutorial screen.
    • Reconnecting will resolve this.
  • An issue where Gumi with a Mythic Skin and [Ace in the Hole] Talent equipped displays the default effect when using a ground skill.
