4/23(Tue) Update Notes

Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, Apr 23th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

✨ New Update ✨

💥 Combo Counter Feature Added 💥

– The number of hits and cumulative damage are displayed when you attack continuously.
– How many hits can you achieve? Try creating your own combo!

– This feature is displayed only in Try and Duel modes. Future updates will let you toggle this feature in the Settings.

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡

■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.

■ Dominion Mode Rule Changes
– The capture speed will no longer speed up with 60 seconds left in the game.
– During Finish Time, the Dominion gauge will no longer increase if there are no team members of the capturing team on the Dominion Point.

* Developer Comment: In the last update, we added a rule where the capture speed would change to reduce the occurrence of “win by decision” when playing a game to its full duration. While this intent seems to have been somewhat fulfilled, the thrilling back-and-forth was lost as a side effect. Therefore, we decided to revert this rule back to its original state.

■ Spinoff Pass Period Change

Master Cat Spinoff Pass [Giant Monster Attack!] event period will be extended.

Before: June 4th, 2024 (Tue) before maintenance
→ After: July 2nd, 2024 (Tue) before maintenance

* Developer Comment: Thank you for the overwhelming support you have shown for the Master Cat Spinoff Pass, “Giant Monster Attack!” We are elated to see that this Spinoff Pass has garnered much more interest and sales compared to previous Spinoff Passes. To allow for more Smashers to enjoy the event and to ensure that future Spinoff Passes are released with the same quality, we decided to extend the duration of the “Giant Monster Attack!” event. We are also planning to unveil a new Spinoff Pass alongside the release of the next Legend, so please stay tuned!

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay Related
– Fixed an issue where if a teammate got transformed, they would drop the throwable item they were holding.
– Fixed an issue with Ravi where using his Ultimate while having the “Dark Flame Energy” Ability equipped would not make the Ability effects disappear.
– Fixed an issue where certain Smash Pass Quests would not display at the results screen.

■ Miscellaneous
– Fixed an issue where the First Purchase Bonus still appeared as available for players who have purchased the First Purchase Bonus Gems for the first time.
– Fixed an issue where repeatedly pressing the Convert Enchantment button would cause a network error pop-up to appear.
