Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!
On Tuesday, Mar 12th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

Below are details on the changes to be made in the update.

✨ New Update ✨
👔 New Legends Added 👔
– New Legend [Pinocchio] added.
👔 Introducing Pinocchio
Pinocchio may not have become human, but he looks just like one. His cheerful and bright personality and his chivalrous kindness toward women make him very popular with everyone. However, upon learning that the “Blue Fairy” was kidnapped by Umbra, Pinocchio drew his sword and joined SMASH LEGENDS.
👔 Pinocchio’s Attack (At Level 1)
1) Shall We Dance? (Basic Attack, Attack Counts: 2 times)
Bravely charges forward and strikes down with his greatsword to deal 450 total damage. When used as Aerial Attack, lands quickly while striking down to deal 450 damage. Opponents hit by the tip of the greatsword will take 500 bonus damage.
2) Come to Me (Skill, Cooldown 4s)
Swiftly thrusts his greatsword to deal 250 damage. When used as Aerial Skill, swings the greatsword to deal 250 damage. Opponents hit by the tip of the greatsword will take 500 bonus damage.
3) O Sole Mio (Ultimate, Charge Speed: Very slow)
Gathers strength to significantly enhance the range and damage of his greatsword, then swings it to deal 900 damage. Afterwards, the damage of all his greatsword attacks are enhanced by 900 for 10s.
👔 Pinocchio Abilities (At Level 1)
1) Fight to Protect
Decreases gauge charge required for Ultimate by 12%.
2) Patience Is a Gentleman’s Happiness
Decreases damage received by 30% for 10s when HP is below 30%.
3) Knights Don’t Despair
Decreases Skill cooldown by 0.6s.
4) It’s Not a Lie
Increases Movement Speed by 6% when Ultimate is available, and restores 12% HP when smashing opponent.
5) For You
Increases all damage by 32% when Ultimate is available.
👔 How to Obtain Pinocchio
– Pinocchio is available as a reward for reaching Stage 19 of the paid Smash Pass Chapter 14.
🎟 Smash Pass New Chapter 🎟
1. Smash Pass Regular Season, [Chapter 14 : Operation: Pinocchio] begins.
: The season notification page will be displayed in-game when you first login after the update.
: You can view the new Smash Pass Toon by pressing the “Smash Pass Toon” button at the Smash Pass page.
: You can obtain Skins, Profile Icons, Fashion Items, and much more by progressing the Smash Pass.
2. Additional rewards available when purchasing Smash Pass.
– Smash Pass ($8.99): You can use the Smash Pass and receive additional rewards based on the progress of the Smash Pass.
– Smash Pass + Stage 20 ($11.99): You can obtain additional rewards based on the progress of the Smash Pass, including the new Legend [Pinocchio] and +20 Stages immediately.
– [Pinocchio]’s pass exclusive skin available after reaching Smash Pass Stage 94.
🎟 Premium Pass 🎟
– Purchasing the Premium Pass allows you to obtain [all types] of Enchantments for Pinocchio. Additionally, you will immediately acquire rewards for +10 Stages.
When you purchase the Premium Pass, you will receive the following benefits.
- Instantly get +10 Stages worth of Battle Points.
- Get 1 of each type of Enchantment for [Pinocchio].
- Get 1,000 Enchantment Stones for [Pinocchio].
- Get the Premium Pass exclusive Profile and Revival Trails.
- Get additional Wish Cubes and Fashion Box Tickets.
🎟 Smash Pass Quest Improvements 🎟
– The Smash Pass quest system has undergone some changes. Progress the Smash Pass with the special Season Quests!
- Various Season Quests have been added, increasing the amount of Battle Points that can be obtained in the game.
- The amount of Battle Points obtainable through Daily Quests will decrease to keep the pace of progression similar as before. (However, the maximum amount of points obtainable will increase.)
■ Note
– Smash Pass and Premium Pass are two different types of pass items.
💥 Battle System Improvements 💥
– Various features have been improved/changed to up the fun.
1. Dominion Points will now be captured faster after 60 seconds of the Dominion time limit. Don’t let your guard down!
2. You can now immediately pick up and throw throwables without using the grab button when you’re not holding any items.
3. Legends holding throwables will now drop them when transformed into a frog.
4. Crown Guard and Team Touchdown will be removed from the Arena to improve the matchmaking system.
🏃♀️🏃♂️ Team Play Quality of Life Improvements 🏃♂️🏃♀️
– The following features have been improved/added to make playing as a team easier.
1. You can now check the status of other teammates in more detail in the Lobby.
2. Everyone on the team will receive an alert when a new Smasher joins the team.
■ Note
– You cannot join a team during matchmaking.
– A message will be displayed for a few seconds after a battle starts as you are still considered to be in matchmaking.

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡
■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.
■ Miscellaneous
– When smashed by an opponent, you can now check their Level, Abilities, and Enchantment details until you revive.
– Smash Pass button in the Lobby will now display the time remaining, including the spinoff pass.

– Fixed an issue where the [Let’s Pray] Emoji would display twice in the chat Emoji list.
– Fixed an issue where Smashers in a Custom Match waiting room would display as being online in your friends list.
– Fixed an issue where the status of teammates who left the game during matchmaking would not be updated in your friends list.
– Fixed an issue where you could not invite Smashers from your friends list to your team.
– Fixed an issue where the status of teammates who left a team would not be updated in your friends list.
■ Note
– Fixed an issue where black dots would appear in Goldie’s MVP animation on some devices.
– Fixed an issue where obtaining new Emojis did not trigger a notification on the Emoji tab.
– Fixed an issue where the page scroll would not reset when viewing the Mastery Rankings of other Legends.
