Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, May 20th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

✨ New Update ✨

🪀 New Collaboration Mythic Skins Added 🪀

– Check out 2 Limited Collaboration Skins for Red, dressed in the iconic outfit of [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-]’s popular character, [Bridget]!

– During the collaboration event, the BGM will change when you equip the [Free-form Tricky Spinner] or [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner] in matches! Show off your skills with intense, high-energy music!

🪀 How to Obtain Red’s [Bridget] Mythic Skins

– The methods to obtain each Skin are as follows.

1. Free-form Tricky Spinner:
   • You can immediately obtain it from the Day 1 reward after purchasing the paid Debut Pass – [Red].
2. Ever-changing Tricky Spinner:
   • It can be obtained at a set probability through the [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Special Fashion Summon.

🎟 Debut Pass – [Red] Added 🎟

– Purchase the Debut Pass to immediately obtain Red’s new collaboration Mythic Skin [Free-form Tricky Spinner], and log in daily to earn special rewards!

✅ Sales Period
: May 20 (Tue) after maintenance – July 1 (Tue) before maintenance

✅ Reward Claim Period
: May 20 (Tue) after maintenance – July 15 (Tue) before maintenance

– Click the icon at the bottom of the Lobby screen to access the Debut Pass.

– Players who purchase the Debut Pass can earn special rewards. (Price: $17.99)

• Day 1: Collaboration Mythic Skin [Free-form Tricky Spinner]
• Day 2: 15,000 Credits
• Day 3: 500 Gems
• Day 4: Debut Pass exclusive limited Icon [Bridget] & frame (1 Each)

■ Note

• The Debut Pass can be purchased until the maintenance on July 1 (Tue). If purchased by then, players can receive attendance rewards until the maintenance on July 15 (Tue).
• During the event, equipping the [Free-form Tricky Spinner] in matches will change the BGM. After the event ends, the standard BGM will play, just like with other Skins.
• [Free-form Tricky Spinner] can only be obtained through the Debut Pass – [Red], and once the period for the Debut Pass – [Red] ends, it will no longer be obtainable or purchasable after the collaboration event ends.

 👔 [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Special Fashion Summon!

– During the event period, you can obtain the Mythic event skin [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner] through [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Tickets.
– The skins will be guaranteed within 200 summons.

■  Note

• Once you obtain [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner], the guaranteed summon count will not be preserved and will disappear immediately.
• The [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Special Fashion Summon can only be accessed with [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Tickets.
  
• [GUILTY GEAR STRIVE] Fashion Summon will end after the maintenance on July 1 (Tue), and the guaranteed skin count and all owned [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Tickets will disappear. Make sure to use them all during the event period!
  
• During the event, equipping the [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner] in matches will change the BGM. After the event ends, the standard BGM will play, just like with other Skins.
  
• [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner] can only be obtained through the [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Summon, and will no longer be obtainable or purchasable after the collaboration event ends.
• If you are on the same team as Red equipped with the [Free-form Tricky Spinner] or [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner], or if you join a Custom Match as a spectator where Red is equipped with either skin, the in-game BGM will switch to the collaboration event theme.
• If [Sol] is on the same team as Red equipped with the [Free-form Tricky Spinner] or [Ever-changing Tricky Spinner], one of the two characters’ special BGMs will play at random.

– Play with the main characters of this update to obtain various rewards!

– Clear event quests with [Red] to earn [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE] Fashion Tickets and use them in the [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Summon!
– Complete quests to earn up to 30 [GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-] Fashion Tickets, and receive a Smash Drop (Mythic) by logging in for 9 days.

✅ How to use Smash Pass

– You can purchase the following two items from the Smash Pass.

1. Smash Pass ($6.99): You will be able to use and obtain Smash Pass exclusive perks and rewards, including Flare’s new Super Rare skin, [Whimsical Chocolatier], along with exclusive icons and frames.
2. Smash Pass Plus ($9.99): In addition to all Smash Pass perks, you will be able to use and obtain Smash Pass Plus exclusive rewards.
   Along with Flare’s new Super Rare skin, [Fearless Patissier], and the Plus-exclusive Revival Trail and Final Blow Effect, you will be able to immediately raise 20% of all stages(+8170 Battle Point).

■  Note
– Smash Pass purchase perks will expire once the pass duration ends.

– You can upgrade to Smash Pass Plus even after purchasing the Smash Pass. (Price: $3.49)
– Flare’s new Super Rare skins, [Whimsical Chocolatier] and [Fearless Patissier], will not be available for purchase or obtainable through Fashion Summons for one year after this Season Pass ends.

⚔ New Limited Mode [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat] ⚔

– During the collaboration event, [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat] will be added to Arena Lab.
– Enjoy intense Duo Deathmatchs from a fighting game viewpoint!

■  [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat] Rules

1. The rules are the same as the original Duo Deathmatch, played in a 2vs2 format.
2. You earn 1 point for each opponent eliminated, and the first team to score 5 points wins.
3. As the game viewpoint is locked to a fighting game perspective, Legends can only move left and right.
4. All Legends can perform a double jump.
   – Use the double jump feature to dodge attacks from enemy Legends and try out various combos!
5. Items will not spawn on the map.

– Only your skill matters! Dive into intense battles with other players.

■  Note
– [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat!] and [Duo Deathmatch: Duel!] will alternate every hour on the hour (UTC+0). If the mode changes while matchmaking is in progress, the matchmaking will be canceled and you will return to the Lobby.
– [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat!] becomes available once unlocked by reaching 2,250 Trophy Road points.
– [Duo Deathmatch: Head-to-Head Combat!] will only be available in Custom Match after the collaboration event ends.

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡

■ Shop Products
– A special BGM will play when accessing the Debut Pass page.
– An Limited-Time Event BGM playback button will be added to [Sol]’s Preview screen.
– If you are on the same team as [Sol], or if you join a Custom Match as a spectator while [Sol] is playing, the in-game BGM will change to the collaboration event theme.

■ Miscellaneous
– In Competitive Match, once both teams have selected their Legends, the [Ready] pop-up will now close automatically.

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay Related
– Fixed an issue where Sol could not grab opponents when passing through Briar transformed into a doll during her ultimate activation.
– Fixed an issue where the damage increase effect from [Unyielding] would continue to apply even after healing had ended.
