4/8(Tue) Update Notes

Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, Apr 8th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

✨ New Update ✨

💥Additional Touchdown Rule Changes💥

– The rules for Touchdown will be adjusted as follows.

1. When the escort target reaches an unoccupied Checkpoint, the Break Gauge now charges more slowly.
2. When retaking the escort target, the Break Gauge decreases 1.5 times faster.
3. The Break Gauge charges more quickly when more teammates are around the escort target.

4. If both teams reach the same Checkpoint and the match ends in a timeout, the team with the higher Break Gauge wins.
5. (Team Touchdown only) The Break Gauge required to capture the final Checkpoint has been increased.

■ Note
– When both escort targets are at the same Checkpoint, the Break Gauge will now charge slightly more slowly.

💠 Fashion Shop Update 💠

– The following features will be added to the Fashion Shop.

1. A purchase currency filter has been added, allowing players to easily view items purchasable with specific currencies.

2. [Icon] and [Frame] menus have been added, allowing players to purchase select limited icons from past events and new frames using Honor Tokens.

■ Note
– Icons and frames for sale may be updated irregularly. Any changes will be announced in the update notes.

– Play with the main characters of this update to obtain various rewards!
– Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get Smash Drops just by logging in!
– Event quests can be seen under the event tab at the Lobby.

 🎆🥇End of Competitive Match Season 36 & Start of Season 37🥇🎆

– Complete Competitive Match Event quests and get a limited icon and Honor Tokens!
– We are distributing rewards to Smashers who participated in Season 36 based on their tiers!
– The limited icon can be obtained after achieving 10 wins in Competitive Match.

■ Note
– The current Season 37 will continue until maintenance on May 7 (Wed).

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡

■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.

■ Gameplay Related
– When playing in a team, if there are unclaimed Smash Drops after a match, pressing [Play Again] will cancel your Ready status.

■ Smash Pass Related
– Gems can now be used to level up Stages.
– The Recurring Rewards from the last Stage will no longer be included when using [Receive All].
* Players will need to click the reward separately to claim Recurring Rewards.

■ Shop and Item Related

– You can now purchase [Credits] using [Gems].

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay Related
– Fixed an issue where players could occasionally use [Quick Join Team] on teams with [Ignore Team Participation] enabled.
– Fixed an issue where the Ultimate damage of Kaiser equipped with the [Loud Roar] Ability in Try Mode differed from the actual value.
– Fixed an issue where the Nightmare effect would not disappear when Vex was summoned again while afflicted with Nightmare.

■ Shop and Item Related
– Fixed an issue where the new icon and some visual elements of new skins were displayed awkwardly.
– Fixed an issue where the notification button in the Fashion Shop was not functioning correctly.
– Fixed an issue where the number of additional Enchantments obtained was displayed abnormally when Enchantments were leveled up to the maximum level.

■ Miscellaneous
– Fixed an issue where Smash Drops could not be opened after returning to the lobby by pressing the [Play Again] button at the end of a match while in a team.
– Fixed an issue where, after claiming a large number of Legend Coins using [Receive All], the Library Road animation would occasionally not reflect the current state.
