[Buffs]
[Kaiser]

- The recent changes to Kaiser allowed him to regain some strength, but he still feels underpowered.
- To address this, impactful changes from past updates have been partially reverted. Also, the knockback on his last Ground Attack after using Ultimate is increased to ensure Kaiser’s significance when he uses his Ultimate.
Skill
[Punching Machine]
- [Ground Skill]
- Recovery decreased after use.
Ultimate
[Heavenly Body]
- Required Ultimate gauge decreased by 7%.
- Knockback of Ground Attack’s last hit increased during his Ultimate enhancement.
[Adjust]
[Briar]

- Briar’s “Sharp Thorns” Ability was intended to increase the frequency of her Skill and Ground Attack but her current state is not meeting these goals. This is because additional effort is required to close the gap between her enemy, who was knocked far away, and land a follow-up Ground Attack.
- To make up for this, we reworked her Ability to ensure it remains effective, even when her Skill and Ultimate are unavailable.
- Additionally, we reduced the knockback from her Aerial Attack, which was excessive in comparison to the other Legends.
Basic Attack
[Vine Whip]
- [Aerial Attack]
- Knockback reduced.
Ability

[Sharp Thorns]
- Before
- Decreases Skill cooldown by 0.4 / 0.45 / 0.5 / 0.55 / 0.6 s for every successful Basic Attack against an opponent.
- After
- Decreases Aerial Attack’s thorn size by 15% and creates 2 additional thorns in front. Decreases Aerial Attack damage by 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 / 20%.
[Loren and Vex]

- The appeal of Abilities lies in their versatility, offering diverse strategies based on player’s choices. However, Loren’s Abilities are overly focused on utilizing Vex. This update aims to broaden her potential and allow her to take the spotlight.
- Firstly, we reverted the stun duration on Loren’s Aerial Attack to make consecutive Aerial Attacks easier. Instead, the damage of her [Air Waltz] Ability will be slightly decreased.
- Also, Loren’s relatively short cooldowns made her [Step Up] Ability less appealing. We reworked this Ability to increase Skill damage, so it competitive enough with other Abilities.
Basic Attack

[Tour Jeté]
- [Aerial Attack]
- Stun duration of hit opponents increased.
Ability

[Air Waltz]
- Aerial Attack damage increases by 29 / 33 / 37 / 41 / 45% → 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36% for every successful Aerial Attack on the opponent. Lasts for 2 seconds, and successful attacks will reset the duration.

[Step Up]
- Before
- Decreases Skill cooldown by 0.4 / 0.45 / 0.5 / 0.55 / 0.6 s every time an enemy is hit with Basic Attack.
- After
- Increases Skill damage by 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30%.
[Pinocchio]

- Pinocchio displays outstanding performance when using his Ultimate, but his Ultimate Ability limits such plays, making it difficult for players to select this Ability.
- As a result, we relaxed the conditions to make his Ultimate Ability a more appealing and valuable option, while also adjusting its power to maintain overall balance.

- Before
- Increases all damage by 32 / 36 / 40 / 44 / 48% when Ultimate is available.
- After
- When not receiving Ultimate enhancement, increases damage of all attacks by 21 / 23 / 26 / 29 / 32%.
