1/14(Tue) Update Notes

Hello, this is SMASH LEGENDS!

On Tuesday, Jan 14th the game will undergo maintenance for a new update.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during maintenance.

Below are details on the changes to be made in the update.

✨ New Update ✨

🎊🔶 Relentless Lightning Improvements 🔶🎊

– Special effects added when reaching Lv. 6 for Relentless Lightning.

Relentless Lightning
: Lightning strikes when you hit 5 consecutive times, dealing 500 true damage to a small area. Resets when the next attack does not land within 2 s. (Cooldown: 10 s)

🔓 Additional Effects by Level

    • Lv. 6: Lightning now strikes after 4 consecutive hits.
    • Lv. 7: Increases lightning damage by 200.
    • Lv. 8: Heals 5% of Max HP on activation.
    • Lv. 9: Increases next lightning damage by 50 per activation. (Up to 6 times)

🌀 New Spell – [Rupture] Added

– Collect Credits to equip the new Spell [Rupture] and overwhelm your opponents with relentless strikes!

– Rupture
: For 10 s, deals additional 50 true damage when hitting an opponent. This effect occurs once every 0.1 s. (Cooldown: 30 s)

🛠 Smash Pass Improvements

– In order to enable easier acquisition of Credits by quickly progressing through the Smash Pass, the Smash Pass System is changed as follows.

1. Battle Points

– Battle Points can now be obtained as part of Battle Results rewards.

* The amount of Play Battle Points that can be obtained through gameplay can be checked in the [Smash Pass] – [Quest] menu. Play Battle Points recharge over time, and once depleted, no Battle Points can be obtained from Battles until they recharge.

2. How to Reroll Quest
: You can reroll 1 unwanted quest, up to 5 times every week.

① Click the [Quest Reroll] button in the top-right corner of the [Smash Pass] – [Quest] menu.

② Select the quest to reroll.

③ By clicking the [Quest Reroll] button, you can randomly receive a new quest.

→ You will not receive the same quest you had right before.

■ Note
– Quest Reroll is only available after unlocking [Daily Quests] through Trophy Road.
– Quest Reroll will reset every Tuesday at 16:00 (KST).
– Quest Reroll is only available for quests that have designated a certain mode or Legend (e.g., deal damage with a certain Legend, win in a certain mode, etc.).
– Smash Pass will be available right from the beginning of the game, resulting in some adjustments to Trophy Road rewards.

🔶🔷 New Event Quests 🔷🔶

– Play with the main characters of this update to obtain various rewards!
– Event quests can be seen under the event tab at the Lobby.

✅ Event Period: January 21 (Tue) after maintenance – January 27 (Tue), 16:00 (KST)

 🎆🥇End of Competitive Match Season 33 & Start of Season 34🥇🎆

– Complete Competitive Match Event quests and get a limited icon and Honor Tokens!
– We are distributing rewards to Smashers who participated in Season 33 based on their tiers!
– The limited icon can be obtained after achieving 10 wins in Competitive Match.

 🎆 Honor Token Package Added

– Peter’s new Super Rare skin [Brave Rookie] is added.
– [Brave Rookie] skin can be exchanged from the Fashion Tab by using Honor Tokens.

  • During the event, the respective Legends will be sold at a discounted price.

⚡ Changes and Improvements ⚡

■ Legend/Ability Balance Changes
– For details on balance changes, please read the “Balance Update Note”.

■ Legend Road Rewards Added

– Even after obtaining over 1,000 trophies for a Legend, you can continue to gain Mastery and obtain Bonus Rewards.

■ Miscellaneous
– The Bunny Safe can be opened immediately using Gems.
– The SMASH LEGENDS Arena will be updated with a New Year theme.

 

⚒ Bug Fixes 🛠

■ Gameplay Related
– Fixed an issue where Goldie’s spray effect, which activates when targets are hit by Skill, stacked.

■ Shop Products
– Fixed an issue where Legend images did not display correctly when closing the pop-up screen while editing the [Enchantment Summon] Wishlist.
– Fixed an issue where the quest progress was intermittently not displayed in Results after purchasing the Smash Pass.

■ Miscellaneous
– Fixed an issue where changes to the [Ignore Team Invites] setting were not applied immediately after creating a team.
– Fixed an issue where the [Play Again] and [Leave] buttons on the Results screen functioned in reverse.
ㄴ We are currently having difficulty identifying the cause, so the [Play Again] button has been disabled until the issue is resolved.
– Fixed an issue where the reward notification did not appear intermittently after exceeding 300 accumulated summon counts in the Pickup Enchantment Summon.
